Hackathon to help improve mobile connectivity
Cambridge Ahead has been collecting millions of mobile data points as part of the #CambsNotspotter campaign, and the results span a 25-mile radius of Cambridge across networks and operators.
Armed with all that data, the business group is running a one-day hackathon on Saturday 16th September 2017 called #CambsNotspotterHack to be held at the Bradfield Centre on Cambridge Science Park.
Teams are invited to analyse and use real data from OpenSignal, as well as public sources, to create innovative concepts to strengthen connectivity, making it ubiquitous next-generation powerful.
There will be prizes for the winning team, as well as prize draws for everyone attending. Sign up at https://cambsnotspotterhack.eventbrite.co.uk
Pre-event information will be available from 4th September at www.cambridgeahead.co.uk/hackathon2017
