**Please note that the Public Review is now closed**
Following the OMR consultation that ran from 24 February to 10 March 2021, Connecting Cambridgeshire and Building Digital UK (BDUK) launched a Public Review on 7 May 2021 in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and parts of adjacent areas (Bedfordshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, Northamptonshire, Rutland and Suffolk).
Having asked broadband networks operators for their current coverage and plans at the OMR stage, BDUK was offering a further opportunity to comment and potentially correct the information collected regarding gigabit-capable broadband across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and parts of adjacent areas. Please note that this Public Review included some additional premises in Bedfordshire.
The consultation closed on 8 June 2021 and is part of the wider UK Gigabit Programme announced by the government, with the target of reaching a minimum of 85% gigabit-capable coverage by 2025 with and an ambition to get as close to 100% as possible soon after.
